We provide training and application support to people applying for, or renewing, a Transport for London (TfL) private hire driver licence.

We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. That means we decide how and why your information is used.

Information collected automatically

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not profile visitors. The eligibility checker and cost calculator run entirely inside your browser — your answers are not sent to us and are not stored anywhere.

Our web host keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running. We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and it may mean we can no longer complete your application.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only where it is needed to deliver the service you have asked for, or where the law requires it:

We use appropriate security measures to protect your information, including restricting access to staff who need it, using secure systems, and securely destroying documents we no longer need. No system is completely secure, but we take this responsibility seriously — particularly for medical and criminal record information.

10. Children

Our services are for adults applying for a TfL private hire driver licence. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
